The most familiar coaching format. The coach partners with the client to address challenges, opportunities or behaviors that are important to the client and their wellbeing.
Group Coaching
Cohort-based coaching program with multiple clients enrolling and having a guided experience through a specific program simultaneously. Clients interact with the coach and with each other during regularly scheduled coaching sessions over a defined period of time.

To anchor skill building and behavior change, clients typically complete reinforcement activities to practice new skills and behaviors and reflect on their development experiences. Enrolled clients will commit to attending and actively participating in the scheduled group coaching sessions and invest time in any assignments between the sessions. Group coaching can be delivered successfully in-person, virtually, or a combination of both modalities.
Team Coaching
Team coaching operates from the premise that neither the coach nor the team members have all of the answers by themselves.
